- How will Connell Data be managed going forwards?
There are no planned changes to the management of the business in the immediate future.
- What are Tech City Labs plans to integrate the two sets of business operations?
Tech City Labs will not make any substantive changes to Connell Data operations in the immediate period but over time will expect to align the joint business operations including improving efficiencies and increasing automation.
- Does Tech City Labs intend to invest in new product development?
Tech City Labs is an R&D led organisation with its own substantial data product portfolio. We are committed to continuing and expanding the products in Connell Data’s development roadmap
- Does Tech City Labs have plans to improve the current Connell Data Product Offerings?
Tech City Labs is an R&D led organisation with its own substantial data product portfolio. We are committed to continuous improvement and enhancing the products across Connell Data’s current portfolio.
- Connell Data has always taken feedback from clients regarding product development, will Tech City Labs continue with this?
Tech City Labs is excited to meet with current Connell Data clients to understand better their current use of business data and to listen to their suggestions for products that help them achieve their goals.
- What is the roadmap for new product development?
All existing products and projects in development will maintain their current roadmap and new products will be announced in due course.
- Will planned and active product development continue?
All planned and active product development will continue on its current roadmap.
- Will there be any changes to the deliveries to which we are currently subscribed?
Tech City Labs will maintain all current subscriptions and deliveries in alignment with their agreed schedules.
